• ￫ As per Portuguese regulations, I will be required to ask for every guest's passport details upon arrival for immigration and borders control purposes ￫ I will be delighted to meet you to welcome you personally any time from 4PM until 9PM. If you would like a personal check in after 9PM then there will be a charge of €25 for this and after 12AM, personal check-in costs €30 ￫ The apartment must be cleared off of any rubbish before check-out. There are green rubbish bins available on the street ￫ Please be considerate of any loud noises from 10PM onwards - Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - EUR 30 from 21:00 to 23:00 to be paid in cash during the check-in. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
