• Please note that the property will have no hot water supply from 28th of June to 3rd of July 2024 and from 19th of August till 23rd of August 2024. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals between 20:00-22:00, 25 EUR applies for arrivals between 22:00-00:00 and 50 EUR for arrivals between 00:00-03:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
