• Please note that the property will not accept credit card payments between April and September 2014. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt of this 19% additional fee (IVA) the pay must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt of this fee when pays in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) IS NOT INCLUDED in hotels’ rates and this fee must be pay separately.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
