• Pets are allowed with possible charges
• Upon check-in, you must present an official identification (INE) or passport of the holder, and a credit card. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Groups Policies: Reservations of 5 rooms or more will be considered as a group. In case of group reservations,the hotel will contact the guest to manage special deposit and cancellation conditions. If the client cannot be reached and the deposit is not made under the group conditions, the reservations will be automatically cancelled. Parking is exclusively for cars and access to other vehicles such as buses, trailers, buggies, motorcycles, Razers, ATVs, etc. is not permitted. Room service is available from 07:00 to 18:00 with additional charge of 15% of the total order. Room service has full cost of the "a la carte menu" from 18:01 to 06:59 . as well as relaxing sun terraces with Balinese beds for an extra cost.
