• Please note the property promotes a lively atmosphere and advises guests 45 years and older to consider this when making a reservation. All rooms are in the upper floors and the access is by stairs only. • LOCAL TAX REGULATIONS: In accordance with national tax legislation, all Chilean citizens and foreigners residing in the country are required to pay an additional 19% VAT. To be exempt from paying the 19% additional VAT, foreign guests must pay the amount of the stay in USD (cash) and present a copy of the immigration card and passport. Guests who pay in local currency will not be exempt from paying this supplement. *This VAT supplement is not included in the property rates and must be paid separately. *Foreigners who pay by credit card must pay VAT.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
