It is possible to taste excellent dishes from the Salento cuisine. In pretty old Racale you are just 5 minutes’ drive from the sea and 10 minutes' drive from Gallipoli's beaches. Santa Maria di Leuca is a half-hour drive away, whilst Otranto is a 45-minute away by car.
