• Guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation and an ID or passport with a photo of the cardholder upon arrival at the hotel. Please note that if you wish to proceed with a cash payment in the resort, euros up to 500€ are accepted per reservation and or per stay. The All-Inclusive meal plan features a rich breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the main restaurant, a curated selection of wines, spirits, and cocktails across all venues, delicious snacks served at set times throughout the day, and a complimentary à la carte dinner for every seven-night stay.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
