• Pets are allowed free of charge
• Damage deposit: 100.00 EUR - collected via Bank Transfer on -7 days after checkin, refunded via Bank Transfer on checkout
• To abide by the Latvian Republic Tourism Law Section 11. cl.7, you will be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing your selfie photo. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
