• A surcharge of 200 BRL applies for arrivals after 17:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the prepayment is required in order to secure the reservation. The property will contact guests directly to provide instructions. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid in cash (Brazilian currency upon arrival) or bank transfer. The City of Rio de Janeiro determined the mandatory delivery of vaccination points for access to tourist visits, bars, hotels and rental properties. Don't forget to bring yours or access via the Conecta SUS app. Presentation may be inclusive of entry into the condominium and we have no control over this.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
