• Pets are not allowed
• Damage deposit: 200.00 EUR - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• At Check-Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers. If desired the Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee. A SUPPLEMENT of 20 euros applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 8pm to 11pm.A ll requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A SUPPLEMENT of 30 euros applies for arrivals after 11pm. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The CITY TAX is not included in the Reservation and must be paid in CASH at Check-In. SMOKING inside the apartment is strictly prohibited! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during night hours (10 PM - 08 AM), upon arrival and departure. Upon Check-Out any WASTE must be kindly thrown outside in the Condominium Containers. If you want the Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Cleaning they have a cost NOT included in the booking rate.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
