• Damage deposit: 200.00 EUR - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• A surcharge of 20 euro applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 20:00 to 23:00. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 23:00. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property. SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during night hours (10 PM - 08 AM), upon arrival and departure. Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee. At Check-Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers. HOUSEHOLD TAX, is NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check-In.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
