• To be paid no later than 1 week before your arrival: * An “Accommodation” security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable depending on the rental. This bank authorization will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental. This period may be extended to three months, if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A “Household” security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable depending on the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. Where applicable, if all household tasks have not been fully or correctly carried out, the “Housekeeping” security deposit will be withheld. * Tourist tax by remote bank card, transfer or check. * Optional services. To spend your vacation in complete peace of mind, a range of à la carte services are offered to you by the reception agency (to be reserved and paid in advance): * Travel cot: €15 per stay while stocks last * High chair: €15 per stay while stocks last * Minibox Wifi: €7/day or €39/week while stocks last * Linens (bedding – bath – kitchen): contact us directly * Umbrella bed: €15 per stay while stocks last * Cot + high chair package: €20 per stay while stocks last Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not offered by the agency.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
