• Pets are not allowed
• Damage deposit: 900.00 EUR - collected via Credit Card on -7 days after checkin, refunded via Bank Transfer on 7 days after checkout
• Bed and bathroom linen are not included, possibility to rent extra for €15 per person. The damage deposit is made by bank imprint free of charge on a secure website but if you do not have the amount in your account or if it does not go through, we will go through another secure platform but you will be charged extra 17 euros . Important Information Regarding Your Stay: Bed linen and towels: Not included in the rate. ➤ You may rent them for €15 per person or bring your own. End-of-stay cleaning: Must be carried out by the guest. ➤ If you prefer not to do it, a cleaning service is available for €30. ➤ If the cleaning is not done or is deemed insufficient, a €30 fee will be charged. Early check-in / late check-out: ➤ Charged at €10 per additional hour, subject to availability and only upon prior request.
