• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 300.00 EUR - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• Additional unregistered guests are not allowed to stay at the property. In case of additional guests, please notify the property prior to arrival. Please note that any unregistered guest will incur an additional charge of 60 EUR per person per day. The additional charge will be deducted from the damage deposit. Please note that any unregistered pet will incur an additional charge of 30 EUR per pet per day. The additional charge will be deducted from the damage deposit. Stag and hen parties are not permitted in this establishment. Late check-out fees apply after 11:00 a.m. This is a self-check-in/check-out. Do not wait for the housekeeping team; they will not ask you to leave; it's not their role. It is your responsibility to check out by 11:00 a.m. A security deposit of €300 is required on arrival. This must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made on the day following your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been noted by the establishment.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
