• Guests are kindly requested to check in at the nearby The RED Hotel (previously known as Hotel Florida), at 2, Carrer de Ramon i Cajal. Please note that the holder of the credit card used to make the reservation is required to sign the credit card receipt on arrival. Otherwise, you should send an authorization signed by the card holder along with a valid ID. These documents can be sent by email or by fax before the arrival day. Please note that for reservations of 4 rooms or more, special conditions apply. To make your arrival as smooth as possible, please check in at our nearby sister property, The Red Hotel, located at Carrer de Ramon i Cajal 2. A couple of things to keep in mind: ·If the cardholder cannot be present, no problem — simply send us a signed authorization form and a copy of the cardholder’s valid ID. These can easily be sent by email before your arrival. ·For reservations of 4 rooms or more, special conditions may apply. Important information (15/10 – 30/11): ·During this period, there won’t be a physical reception at the property. Don’t worry, everything is handled online (check-in, check-out, and payments). ·Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–13:00, by phone or email ·Please note that luggage storage will not be availableThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
