However, we assure you that we take care of every detail to guarantee your maximum comfort during your stay. - Se deberá realizar un uso responsable de la ropa de hogar. En caso de pérdida o dejar una pieza en mal estado, se descontará de la fianza la cantidad de 20Eur por cada pieza afectada. - Responsible use of household linen must be carried out. In case of loss or leaving a piece in poor condition, the amount of 20Eur will be deducted from the deposit for each affected piece. - A su salida deberá dejar la propiedad en un estado aceptable de limpieza y vajilla limpia. En el caso de que deje la propiedad en un estado de suciedad que requiera un refuerzo extra para su limpieza, el precio de este refuerzo se descontará de la fianza y el importe será a partir de 100 euros. - Upon departure you must leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness and clean dishes. In the event that you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires extra reinforcement for cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 euros. - A la salida está prohibido dejar basura dentro o fuera de la propiedad. En caso de incumplimiento se retendrá del depósito la cantidad mínima de 90 euros - Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit. - Cualquier rotura que se produzca por parte del cliente (cristales, dispositivos electrónicos, etc...) será responsabilidad del cliente. - Any breakage that occurs by the client (glass, electronic devices, etc...) will be the client's responsibility. -Upon departure they will have to leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness and clean dishes. In the event that you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires an extra reinforcement for its cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 euros. -Upon departure it is forbidden to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit. -Any breakage that occurs by customers (windows, appliances electronics, etc…) will be in charge of it.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
