• In Santa Marta the buildings charge a registration handle for their guests. This is charged only once at the reception of the building and must be paid at the time of entry. It has a value of £50,000 per person. The holder of the reservation must provide full names and identification documents at least 4 hours before arrival to send the authorization to enter the Building. "This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host
