• Please note that the pool hours are from 9:00 until 18:00 from Tuesday until Sundays. The pool is closed every Monday due to maintenance works. Please note that the property does not offer hot water. Please note that this accommodation does not offer the facilities for towels o beach towels. Guests are required to inform their full name and their ID number prior to arrival. Pets weighing up to 12 kg are allowed at an additional cost (non-refundable). Must have emotional support and vaccination certificate. A maximum of 2 pets per apartment is allowed. The movement of pets within the building is subject to conditions. To enter the building, all guests must present a valid identity document. Foreigners must present their passport, Colombian citizens must present their citizenship card and foreigners residing in Colombia must present their foreigner's identification card. Entry will not be allowed without this document.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
