Just 3 minutes from the Town Hall and about 12 minutes from the Botín Center, the Pereda Gardens and the seafront promenade. Although the apartment is on a fourth floor WITHOUT an elevator, this gives it natural light throughout the day and a pleasant flow of fresh air. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, a full bathroom, a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with appliances, kitchenware and a bar where you can comfortably enjoy a coffee. We also have two smart TVs, a washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, toaster and coffee maker.
