• Please note that the swimming pool is only available during Chile's summer season. Please note guests requesting maid services must request them in advance. They are requested per day and vary their price according to the size of booked apartment. If damage is done to the property, your card may be charged for the amount of the damage. All Chilean citizens, resident foreigners and foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Rates and additional fees must be paid in local currency.
