• It is mandatory to indicate the correct number of people when booking. You will receive a rental agreement to be signed digitally before arrival. According to current legislation, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in via the link you will receive. It will be necessary to enter the data of all guests and upload a copy of the passport or identity card. It is forbidden to take away towels or linen provided by the property. Separate waste collection is mandatory. Waste must always be separated correctly and disposed of following the municipal calendar. Alternatively, it is possible to take it already separated to the ecological island of the area, suggested in the house manual, respecting the opening hours. Alternatively, if not disposed of, we will apply the cost of 50 euros as per contract Any request for early check-in, late check-in or late check-out must be agreed in advance with the facility and involves an additional cost of 50 euros. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
