• Please note the total price will be charged upon check-in. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Silver Ridge Retreat in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that wildlife tours are subject to weather conditions. Please note that bedding configuration is as per the amount of guests booked. For further information please contact the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Group Booking Policies (3 or more rooms): • Full payment is required a minimum of 14 days in advance of arrival via electronic bank transfer. Please contact the hotel for bank details. • The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. • Common area cooking and dining is available in the garden BBQ area only. • All Cooking and eating utensils must remain in each room and may not be moved between rooms. • Room furniture may not be removed from any room or used outdoors.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
