Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of £80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
