• The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that guests will have to show a valid (photo ID/government-issued ID/passport) for bookings made with a (debit/credit) card as also showing your (debit/credit) card is a must. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking will incur a fine of S£1,000, and a fine of S£500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit and impose eviction and/or charge on the credit/debit card provided.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
