• Pets are not allowed
• Damage deposit: 200.00 SGD - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 14 days after checkout
• Housekeeping service is offered every 8 days. This is a walk-up property. There is no elevator in the building and the rooms are located on level 2 and level 3. The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This is a strictly non-smoking property. A fine of S£1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S£500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. A damage deposit of S£ 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
