• Guests are required by the property to settle payment within 24 hours upon booking. The property will contact guests via email with payment instructions. Please note that actual allocated apartment may differ slightly from photos and units with skylight windows cannot be opened. The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This is a non-smoking premise. A fine of SGD1000 will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit and impose eviction and/or charge on the credit/debit card provided.This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise.
