The property will contact guests via email with payment instructions. Please note that actual allocated apartment may differ slightly from photos and units with skylight windows cannot be opened. The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This is a strictly non-smoking property. A fine of S£1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S£500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. A damage deposit of S£ 200 is required on arrival.
