• Pets are not allowed
• Damage deposit: 200.00 SGD - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 14 days after checkout
• Housekeeping and linen changes are done only weekly and are not available on weekends and local Public Holidays. Full advance payment of the entire duration of stay is required prior to check-in. The property's reception opening hours are from 09:30 to 17:30 on weekdays. The reception is closed on public holidays. Guests arriving outside of 14:00–17:30 are advised to contact the property in advance. Complimentary parking is available for 1 car per reserved reservation and is subject to availability. Parking spaces must be reserved in advance. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
