• This property offers self-check-in. A designated staff member will meet guests on the property for a personal check-in. Please note that an additional charge of AED 150 will apply for late check-in after 21:00. Any evidence of smoking or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking will incur a charge of a minimum of AED 1800. Please note that an additional charge of AED 500 will apply for late check-out. Please note that an additional charge of AED 1800 is applicable for the late check-out after 11:00 if it is without prior approval. All requests for check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested at least 48 hours before.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
