• Please note that late check-in (after 21:00) is subject to a 10 EUR fee, and needs to be confirmed by the property. Please note that different policies may apply for group reservations with more than 2 apartments. Filming & Photo shooting for commercial use are forbidden in the apartments without written permission of the owners. Cleaning of the apartment with change of bed linen and towels is done once per week (for a stay of a minimum 7 nights).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
