• - Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) - Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. - Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. - Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. - No stag or hen parties allowed. - No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. - Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. - Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. - Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
