• Terms & Conditions A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required for all bookings and will be held upon check-in. Guests will receive a secure payment link via email four days before arrival to submit their credit card details, with the deposit amount being blocked on the provided card. If no damage is found upon inspection after check-out, the deposit will be released within 14 days, though the exact time frame depends on the guest's bank or card issuer. In case of damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements, the cost of repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning will be deducted from the deposit, and any remaining balance will be returned. However, Serious damages or violations may result in the full deposit being retained. Guests must submit their credit card details within 48 hours of receiving the payment link; failure to do so will result in booking cancellation, which will be processed according to the property's cancellation policy.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
