If no damage or loss occurs, the full amount will be refunded on the departure date. For stays under 15 days: 10,000 THB / For stays over 15 days: 20,000 - 50,000 THB Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in this Villa. Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas. Please refrain from smoking inside the property to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. Party & Event Policy: Parties and events are strictly not allowed at the property. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule to maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood and the property. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. Check-In & Check-Out Policy: - Check-in: From 2:00 PM onward - Check-out: By 10:00 AM at the latest Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability. Local Atmosphere: The property is situated in an authentic neighborhood, where you may occasionally hear the call to prayer from a nearby mosque at certain times of the day. It's a gentle reminder of the area’s rich cultural heritage and peaceful surroundings.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
