• Due to temporary construction nearby, a reduced rate is currently available. While some noise may be heard during the daytime. Not included in the Price: - Electricity Cost charged based on usage at 7 THB per Kilowatt hour - Final Cleaning Fee 2,500 THB (one-time charge) Security Deposit Policy: The security deposit is payable upon arrival. If no damage or loss occurs, the full amount will be refunded on the departure date. For stays under 15 days: 20,000 THB / For stays over 15 days: 30,000 - 60,000 THB Party & Event Policy: Parties and events are strictly not allowed at the property. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule to maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood and the property. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
