• A security deposit of £280 will be processed on check in using the same credit card (or any other card provided). This deposit will be used to pay any credit card surcharge, or any other fees associated with the booking. Please note that there is an extra charge when you pay with a credit card: · 2.5% charge for a Visa International · 2.75% charge for a MasterCard · 2% charge for all other credit cards You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. You must show a valid photo ID upon check in. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. E Batteries are not allowed to be kept on the premises. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
