Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. A security deposit of £280 will be processed on check in using the same credit card (or any other card provided). This deposit will be used to pay any credit card surcharge, or any other fees associated with the booking.
