Our whole neighborhood is developing at the moment, and construction noise is taking place from 06:00–07:00 to 17:00 -19:00, except from December 20, 2024, through January 5, 2025. Some units may be affected by noise in the outside area. Please note that renovation work is taking place at the property next door, starting on January 6, 2025, until further notice, hopefully October 2025. We have a price lower than usual to make the rental more attractive. Please notice, we do not allow pets. Please notice that we do not allow smoking inside the rooms or at the veranda.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
