For any reservation in private room the full payment is required to secure your reservation. It is your responsibility to make sure it is fully paid prior arrival. Regarding bookings FOR the full moon and Half Moon periods: - We require a full payment in advance in order to secure your reservation - it is your responsibility to contact us for the full payment in advance Your booking may not be confirmed if you do not send us the full payment in advance. . Please note that if we do not receive your payment (Regarding bookings FOR the full moon or half moon periods), we have the right to cancel the booking at any time. No Prepayment = No Confirmed Booking! No Show = No Refund! Once the payment is done, there will not be any refund!Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
