• Thank you very much for choosing our facility. Based on Japanese law, we ask all guests to submit information in advance. If you have Japanese nationality or have an address in Japan, you do not need a passport image. However, please submit an ID (one that shows your photo and current address). Those who are not listed above are requested to submit their passports. ◯Identification card for all guests (government-issued proof is required. The check-in guide will be sent to you after confirming that all guests have submitted their guest information. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding. Please note that accommodation fees will not be refunded if guest information is not submitted. If you cannot come to the facility due to bad weather, please be sure to contact us by 3:00 pm on the check-in date.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
