• To finalize your reservation you will need to: - sign an electronic rental contract that includes the terms and conditions of your reservation - send us a photo of your ID (both sides) via the Booking messaging system. For security reasons, access will not be granted without these two documents. For longer bookings (30 to 90 days maximum), a service provider will clean your room every 15 days. In accordance with city regulations, foreign travelers will be asked to fill in a police form inside the accommodation. In order to finalize your reservation and for security reasons, we ask the traveler to: - provide a valid phone number - provide an ID - sign an electronic rental contract that includes the terms of your reservation - pay a security deposit For long reservations (more than 15 days) a cleaning service will be carried out every 15 days. This service is mandatory. In accordance with the city's regulations, foreign travelers will be asked to fill out a form inside the accommodation.
