• Hot-spring bath opening hours: 06:30-09:30, 15:00-24:00 In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking. Child rates apply. Please contact the property at time of booking to notify the number of children and their respective age. Due to predetermined dinner times, guests are asked to notify the hotel if checking in after 6PM. Failure to do so may result in cancellation. The hotel's free Seri-go shuttle runs to 7 free area hot-spring baths. When you would like to return, just call the hotel to arrange pick-up. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. For guests booking a meal inclusive rate, dinner can be upgraded to a traditional Japanese set menu if requested at least 3 days in advance. Charges apply. To eat dinner at the property, a reservation must be made by 1 day in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
