• Pets are not allowed
• A deposit of EUR 50 will be collected upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to an inspection of the kitchen. Our payment gateways will not be able to charge more than 400 euros maximum by credit card. When you come to pick up the apartment, please bring cash in order to pay the total amount of the reservation. We also indicate that we will provide proof of payment in cash to all our customers. TOBACCO - No smoking in the apartment. Penalty 200,0€ and eviction from the apartment. - At check-in, the customer will pay 100,0 € as a tobacco deposit - If during the stay smoking in the accommodation will be charged 100,0€ more from the client's card (200,0€ if nothing has been charged at check-in), and will be evicted from the apartment. - We reserve the right to enter the apartment to check for smoking. - This deposit is fully refundable upon departure and subject to inspection. - It is not permitted for companies, travel agencies or wholesalers to book accommodation in this establishment. RESERVATIONS: A customer can book one property at a time; a customer cannot book more than one property. STREET ACCESS DOOR - Before making the reservation, and in order to respect the rest hours of the guests staying, please note that the street access door to the apartments will be closed from 00:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. During these hours, guests staying will not be able to access the accommodation. Nuestras pasarelas de pago, no podrán cobrar más de 400 euros máximos en tarjeta. Rogamos que cuando vengan a recoger el apartamento, traigan efectivo para poder abonar el total de la misma. Asimismo, indicamos que proveeremos de justificante de pago en efectivo a todos nuestros clientes. TABACO - No fumar en el apartamento. Multa 200,0€ y desalojo del apartamento. - En el momento del check-in, el cliente pagará 100,0 € en concepto de depósito de tabaco. - Si durante la estancia se fuma en el alojamiento se cargarán 100,0€ más en la tarjeta del cliente (200,0€ si no se ha cargado nada en el check-in), y será desalojado del apartamento. - Nos reservamos el derecho de entrar al apartamento para comprobar si hay fumadores. - Este depósito es totalmente reembolsable a la salida y sujeto a inspección. - No está permitido a empresas, agencias de viajes o mayoristas reservar alojamiento en este establecimiento. RESERVAS: Un cliente puede reservar una propiedad a la vez; un cliente no puede reservar más de una propiedad. PUERTA DE ACCESO A LA CALLE - Antes de realizar la reserva, y para respetar el horario de descanso de los huéspedes alojados, tenga en cuenta que la puerta de acceso a la calle de los apartamentos estará cerrada de 00:30 a 7:30 horas. Durante este horario, los huéspedes alojados no podrán acceder al alojamiento.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
