• Please note there is no elevator at the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Visitor Policies: This property does not allow visitors. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed at any time of the day or night. The primary guest must stay on the property throughout the stay. Please note that security cameras are in place to monitor any unauthorized guests. If unregistered guests or third-party visitors are discovered without prior authorization, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property and cancel the reservation. A £500 non-refundable charge will apply if any extra guest is found. Declaration of All Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. All guests must be declared before booking. Any undeclared guests found without prior notification or authorization will be charged £200 per extra guest and will be removed from the property without a refund.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
