Know before you go

• Pets are allowed free of charge
• Please note: There is an additional cost of 25 EUR aplied by the Property, for late check-in. Guests are kindly invited to inform the staff prior to arrival for having a confirmation Property regrets to inform that Parties/events are not allowed. Guests are invited to comunicte to the responsible personel the estimated arrival time. The request can be added at Special Requests section at the moment of reservation , alternatively the Property can be contacted directly on the issue. A Damage Deposit is applicable , payable in cash at arrival time. The Deposit will be refunded in full at the check-out, after a verification of the comditions in which the accomodation will be left. Bed Linen and Towels are not Included. Guests can use their own or rent them at the Property at the cost of 12 EUR per person. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
