Know before you go

• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorised responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarised supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
• This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child aged 11 years old or younger stays for free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms.
• A car is recommended for transport to and from this property.
• Parking height restrictions apply.
• This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).

Special instructions

This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in. A birth certificate is also required at check-in for children under age 18. Additional documentation establishing permission to accompany is also required for adults checking in with children under age 18 when parents are not present.
