• Insect and Wildlife Information: Our apartments are located in a warm, humid climate that is teeming with wildlife. Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, flies, lizards, bedbugs or other insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot offer guarantees or refunds for the occasional animal that may enter one of our apartments. We do our best to prevent this from happening and guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of rubbish and storing food responsibly. Outdoor Flooring Information: Within our property, the floors of the outdoor patios and stairs are made of basalt stone, which is typical of São Jorge Island, so you may encounter some irregularities. We therefore recommend that you drive with caution as we do not provide compensation, guarantees or refunds in the event of an accident.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
