• Pets are not allowed
• Any evidence of smoking or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking will incur a charge of a minimum of EUR 200. When booking reservations for more than 30 nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. Extra keys cost EUR 20 (an extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay). Extra bed linen and towels: EUR 30 (Towels and sheets for two guests, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
