• Please note that check-in starts at 15:00 but in case of need, guests can leave their bags starting from 11:30. - from 20:00 to 21:00: EUR 40.00 - from 21:00 to 22:00: EUR 50.00 - from 22.00 to 23.00: EUR 60.00 - from 23.00 to 24.00: EUR 70.00 - from 00:00 onwards EUR 30.00 will be applied for each additional hour of delay All requests for check-in outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested before arrival. A luggage room is available for guests who arrive early. As a rule, we do not charge our guests any fee for the final cleaning and laundry service, for this reason we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in good condition, paying particular attention not to leave dirty dishes in the kitchen and food leftovers in the refrigerator. A cleaning service, is available for stays longer than 7 nights for an additional charge.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
