• Damage deposit: 500.00 EUR
• A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follows: EUR 35 from 7 pm to 10.30 pm, EUR 45 from 10.30 pm to midnight, EUR 60 after midnight, maximum until 1 am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. New check-in conditions starting January 2025: A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follows: EUR 35 from 7 pm to 10.30 pm, EUR 45 from 10.30 pm to midnight, EUR 60 from midnight to 1 am. After 1 am it's possible to check-in with an additional EUR 50 for every 30 minutes until maximum 2 am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
