• Pets are allowed upon request free of charge
• Damage deposit: 150.00 EUR
• The apartment is provided with a self check-in procedure, therefore filling the check-in online form is mandatory in order to get the code to open the door. Just in case you specifically request to meet us for the check-in we remind you that we are available from 15:00 to 20:00, after that check in has the following extra costs: A surcharge of EUR 35 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 23:00, while check-in from 23:00 until 00:30 costs EUR 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Check-in is not possible after 00:30.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
